The FAQ

Do you Travel?

Absolutely! I travel all over CA, the west coast, and even the country! I hope to travel outside the US soon as well.

How long have you been doing this?

I've dabbled in photography since high school. It was a hobby for a while, about 10 years, but I've been doing this professionally for about 4 years now.

How many photos do we get?

Depending on the package you select, you can receive anywhere between 200 to 800 edited images in your final wedding gallery.

How do we get our photos?

Your gallery will be available online via the Pixieset platform for 3 months for you to download to any of your devices or hard drives.

Do you retouch photos?

Absolutely! I'm pretty well versed in Photoshop and Lightroom for touchups and more extensive editing.

Whats your turn around time?

Depending on the time of year, you could receive your completed wedding gallery anywhere between 6 weeks to 12 or 14 weeks. Prime wedding season is around April and May and September and October.

How do we book you?

Fill out my contact form to connect with me! A signed contract and paid deposit is required for official booking, but take your time to ask me questions and get to know me before you make any serious decisions!

Can you help us with planning?

Absolutely! If you don't have a planner for your wedding already, I'm happy to offer suggestions and advice and even help you find additional vendors.

How far out do you book?

I currently don't have a cutoff for bookings, so we could schedule as far out as 2025 if you want!

What should we do for an engagement session?

Your engagement session is YOURS. Your wedding may be tailored to appease family members and friends and not quite result in what you imagined. Your engagement session is your opportunity to be yourself, be creative, and have fun! Plan a theme! You can be a forest fairy princess in a lavish gown, we could go the black route with a Tim Burton vibe in a foggy setting. We could go to a carnival with vivid colors and lots of candy and popcorn. If you're into horror movies, we could stage a scary movie night in your home! There's no limit to ideas we could come up with, have fun with it!

What should we wear?

For outfit recommendations, here are some things you should avoid: bright neon colors like electric blue and hot pink, metallic patterns, bold patterns, (subtle patterns are perfectly fine) tones that are too close to your skin color, and colors that match your surroundings. Natural and neutral tones come out the best in photos, especially ones that contrast against your environment. Soft blues, white and ivory, black and gray, reds and oranges, pale greens. If you’re not sure about an outfit you’ve chosen, send me a photo and I’ll give you my opinion!
